To ensure I can provide the best experience for every client, I kindly ask that you respect my booking policies: • No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, a fee of 25% of the booked service will be charged. • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours in advance. Any cancellations within this window will also incur a 25% fee of the booked service. In order to make sure I have plenty of time for all my clients, if you are past 10 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be canceled. These policies allow me to accommodate all clients fairly and keep our schedule running smoothly. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. All service sales are final. Refunds will not be issued. I take pride in providing high-quality services and personalized results for every guest.
